I am pleased to announce a new way to get support for Hellbreath Woorld.

A ticked based system to answer your questions and resolve your problems.
The forums will still be active, game master support will stay open.

The best way to contact us for ingame related issues will be to use this new support ticket system.

Here is how it works:

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Submitting A Ticket

When you submit a ticket nothing will happen until after a staff member responds (if needed) to your question, you will then receive an email with a ticket number and url you can use to view/update the ticket.

This is what you will see when you submit a ticket:

Thank you for contacting us.
A support ticket request has been created and a representative will be getting back to you shortly if necessary. You will not recieve an email or ticket number until a staff member replies to your question.

When a staff member posts a reply, an email with the ticket number will be been sent to noreply@hellbreathworld.com. You\'ll need the ticket number along with your email to view status and respond online.
